3. User Conduct and Responsibilities

Users are responsible for all activity on their servers. Prohibited activities include, but are not limited to:

Using the service for any illegal activities.
Attempting to bypass server resource limits or security measures.
Using alternative accounts to create or maintain multiple servers in order to bypass account, server, or fair-use limits.
Hosting content that violates copyrights or intellectual property rights.
Attacking or interfering with the Service or other users' servers (DDoS, etc.).
Using servers for non-gaming purposes (e.g., crypto mining, web crawling).

4. Resource Usage and Fair Play

To ensure a fair experience for all users, we reserve the right to monitor resource usage. Servers that consistently exceed reasonable resource limits or negatively impact our infrastructure may be suspended or terminated without notice.

5. Account Inactivity

Free servers that remain inactive (no players connected) for an extended period may be automatically hibernated or deleted to free up resources for active users. We recommend regular backups of your world data.

6. Data and Backups

While we provide a backup system, SwiftServers is not responsible for any data loss. Users are encouraged to maintain their own external backups of critical server data.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SwiftServers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any significant changes by posting the new terms on this site. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.

9. Minors

Our services are not intended for children under 16 without parental or guardian consent. If you are under 16, you must obtain permission from a parent or legal guardian before using SwiftServers.

10. Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts and servers where these Terms are violated, where abuse is detected, or where operation of an account poses security or infrastructure risks.

SwiftServers is provided without a guaranteed uptime or uninterrupted availability. Maintenance, network issues, third-party outages, and force majeure events may temporarily impact access.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. Where legally permitted, disputes arising from these Terms are subject to the competent courts in the Netherlands.
